How fast is the internet, really?
Our Premium Plus plan delivers a dedicated 200 Mbps, with bursts up to 1,000 Mbps where available. Because it's dedicated, your speed doesn't drop when your neighbors are online. We're also rolling out a 100 Mbps plan to more areas.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. There are no contracts and no early-termination fees. You can cancel anytime without consequences — we'd rather earn your business every month than lock you in.
Is there a data cap or throttling?
No caps and no throttling on any plan. Unlimited data, always. We don't slow you down after a certain amount of usage.
What does installation involve?
A technician mounts a dish and runs cabling to your home, then sets up your router. Basic install is $99; premium is $249 and includes your first month. Appointments are Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM.
What if I have a problem after hours?
You can reach a real person 24/7. After hours, weekends and holidays, email help@wacowifi.com or submit a trouble ticket in the customer portal — we monitor it around the clock.
